Your application
The grant is a contractual agreement between the organisation as the project delivery partner and Dartford Borough Council who is the Locally Trusted Organisation for Dartford Big Local.
You will be required to provide a copy of your governing document (constitution or terms of reference), your most recent set of accounts, a bank statement that is less than 6 months old, evidence of public liability insurance and any policies (e.g. a safeguarding policy, volunteer policy etc) or risk assessments that are relevant to your proposals. If your organisation is holding significant reserves, you may be asked to provide an explanation of your intended use of these funds.
If you are a new organisation, you will be asked to provide a forecast for your first year of operation.

How will we review and monitor the grant:
We will contact you every three to four months for an update on progress and to ask if any support is needed.
For the large grants we will request a written update at the half way point.
At the end of the nine month grant offer period, all successful applicants are required to complete a monitoring report.
