    Dartford Borough Council does not hold information on land ownership or the boundaries of ownership of private land

  • Drainage and water enquires

    Local authorities no longer provide information on drainage enquiries. You will need to send the Con29DW form to the relevant water authority. Dartford is covered by two water authorities

  • Neighbouring land charges departments

    If you are unsure that the property lies within the borough boundary, please contact land charges before submitting the search. If a search is submitted that is not in our area it will take a number of days to return the search

  • Stamp duty exempt areas

    Dartford Borough Council does not hold information on the level at which a property is exempt from stamp duty
