The Dartford Plan to 2037
Local Plan policies are the basis for decision making on planning applications across the Borough, including at Ebbsfleet. They guide infrastructure and investment, and support the local environment.
Dartford's new Local Plan (‘The Dartford Plan’) plans ahead to 2037, and is accompanied by a new Policies Map (Please note interactive versions are being prepared for this website):

The Dartford Plan replaces all CS and DP policies in previous Local Plans for the Borough. (These remain available for archive purposes only: The Core Strategy 2011 and Development Policies Plan 2017).
