Report or check a refuse or recycling problem

We are making it easier to recycle in Dartford. Thanks to improvements in sorting technology, you will no longer need to leave glass bottles and jars in a separate box. From now on, it can simply go in your grey wheelie bin with the rest of your recycling. You can keep your black glass box if you wish, but if not, our contractor will be collecting them on their rounds.

Report a new problem e.g. missed collection, missing bin, damaged bin.

Check the status of a problem you have already reported.

Search your next scheduled collection dates, plus updates on your last collections (including today).

Please Remember ...

Household rubbish should be disposed in the green bin and recycling should be disposed in the grey bin.

If you report a missed bin, you must present your bin at the edge of your property until it is collected by our waste contractor. Bins that are not presented will not be collected.

If your refuse and recycling bin has been missed, you must report these separately.

You are not able to report missed bin collection for your neighbour.
