Six ways to wellbeing
The Six Ways to Wellbeing. Simple enjoyable things that make a big difference to how you feel. Now and in the weeks and months to come.
The Six Ways to Wellbeing can be quick things, like giving way to another driver ("give") or noticing something unusual on the way to the shops ("take notice"). Or they can be longer-term projects, like starting a new hobby ("keep learning") or becoming a volunteer ("give" and "care"). More and more research shows that they help to improve our moods, strengthen relationships, keep us healthy and even add seven years to our lives.
Here are some examples of different Ways to Wellbeing.
